Thanks Wilson. I've put in a request.

I upgraded the seats at the time of purchase (online) and the only email I saved was the final one (I think I got three - one at booking, one with seat assignments and then one with the upgraded seats.) The billing info might have been part of the first one. Still not sure why it wasn't part of the pdf I printed off when I made the booking since it used to be on that.
