Credit for partner operated flight coded by a non-partner

Pretty simple question really. I read the web page and it suggests points are granted for a flight operated by a partner (UA, in my particular example), but I'm curious how that works with a flight that is coded by a partner who is not a bmi partner (Air One, in my particular example).

Anyone know for sure? I'm taking the trip either way, but it would be useful for my planning for the next year to know how the credit will work; 10K points is a lot.
