My experience has been that all the billing info gets dropped off the confirmation when you make a change to your flights with the call centre. The new confirmation you get at this point, shows 0 dollars paid. If you booked your original ticket at ac.com, the billing information should be on your original confirmation.
I purchased a ticket at the Columbus airport once and they couldn't print a receipt for me for some bizarre reason. When I called AC Cust Serv I was told to send an e-mail to
[email protected] and to include the following information in my request.
Ticket #
Flight #
Date of travel:
Itinerary:
Name of passenger:
Aeroplan #
Paid by: (Visa, M/C, etc)
Amount:
I'll warn you. The pdf file I got back didn't have an AC logo on it or anything, but it worked for expense account purposes (and it did have the breakdown of all the taxes).
Good luck. Hope it works for you.
