Hi,

Unfortunately BA's policy is not to interline bags to a non-One world alliance partner ( such as Air France which is a member of skyteam) if on two separate tickets .
( BA may tag them onto AF but I definately would not count on it)

You will probably have to go landside ,collect oyur bags and recheck them in with air France. Sorry.
