Many of the people in the "know" about this booking, were aware at the time of booking that it was a gamble. I'm also there during the same time, and booked only refundable reward tickets, and a prepaid rate. I haven't checked my booking in a few weeks, but the last time I checked, it was still intact.

If any of your nights were booked and showed a "$0" per night rate, I think they might have a leg to stand on, to change or cancel. If it's anything else, or prepaid, then I think you'd be in the better situation. However, IANAL.

Update: I just checked my prepaid reservation, and it has increased, as well. I guess this will get interesting. My card was charged many months ago.
