No billing info on Itinerary/Receipt
I'm doing up the expense account from my last trip and pulled up the pdf print-out of the itinerary (helpfully entitled Itinerary/Receipt) and there are no pricing figures on it - only the details of the flights, my seats and my credit card number with all but the last four digits X'd out.
So I went to the email receipt. No formatting but better than nothing. Same deal.
I signed into AC.com but can't pull up the old itinerary because it is passed.
I make the pdf print off from the website before closing the browser and then have the email as my backup.
Is there an email address I can send an request too? I need the GST breakdown (and it was transborder so won't be obvious). My credit card bill only gives the final number.
Is this new? Itinerary/Receipts from flights made up until February all have the pricing details but two done in the summer don't - thankfully those were personal so I don't need receipts.
