I know whereof you speak, and I have seen that in prior years.

However, the current experience shows base points posting, but not the nights' stay credit. After four weeks of calls and faxes, GP customer service incremented the stays manually, then recalculated for (most of) the appropriate bonii, etc.

This level of calling is an increase to the normal quarterly call with the list of unposted bonus points. The SPG valued customer experience is currently miles ahead of the Hyatt struggle for recognition, and this state of affairs is now three of four years old, sadly.
