Thanks, the error message is on two old rentals in my Avis file. One was a "drove to ALB picked up a car" and the other was probably done on the phone without the flight info handy. Maybe it's just that AC requires a flight to get the points or something.

No message like that on my current rental, I guess if flying AC and collecting DL, might as well remove the flight info anyway.
