As a non-native speaker of English, this is a littlle bit confusing for me to understand. (A) Is he being envious because he lives far from the new mall ? (B) Is he recommending not visiting it ?

I also visited some of the Aeon malls. I felt some are cheap, but some are not or at least not so. I think the company adjusts the quality of the products and the shops in accordance with the income level of the each region where the malls are located. After browsing the list of the shops and restaurants, I am feeling this mall is for middle class shoppers.

Richard, nice to talk to you. What do you think Japanese malls lacks when compared to wetsern malls? Personally, I think less green, less art, cheaper, less fountains.

Oh, thank you. I didn't know. I am putting these two, Bluewater and Gateshead Metrocentre into my list.

Please remember Musashino line is notorious for its vulnerablity for winds and heavy rains.
