There is no requirement to stay at a Delta Hotel to use this discount. Use as you wish.

Even though, I must say Delta has one of the best deals out there for their members. Stay 5 times during a year, and get a $200 credit loaded on your Delta card which can be used at any Delta Hotel. We typically use ours to eat at Sagano's at the Delta Toronto East, but we've even used it for massages at the Delta Rocky Crest spa! Considering you can frequently get a room for $99 or less, that is one of the most generous offers out there.
