I already know some CI frequent fliers switching to other programs because of their abuse on ticket prices/mileage perks. However, apparantly the message hasn't been fully sent across to CI so they are still focused on their short-range (east asian) markets and raising ticket prices to sky-high levels for popular travel dates. Even their C class fares are unreasonable given the aysmal product they offer. I really think upper-tier members should really voice their concerns to the company before CI faces a huge loss in its loyal customers.
how much does CI charge on their BKK-FCO/AMS fares? I always see people on Skytrax saying in the CI forum they charge some of the cheapest Europe fares (and the same goes with BR).
