They post every Sunday (Sept 21, 28 so far here -- possibly Sept 7 too but no eligible flights to judge by). Elite flight bonus, also 50%, also posts on Sunday. I don't know what the flying cutoff is for these, but previous Monday gets included and previous Thursday sometimes does (or so it seems). Probably related to how long it takes to post.
