Hi all,

Due to travel LHR-YUL in J on the 777 (4 class). EP seatmap shows that J is from row 1-4 (i.e. F seats) including the rest of regular J from row 10 onwards.

I know this question has been posted before and usually F seats are either open or not released at all. But what puzzles me is that all the seats are blocked off except for one which has been pre-assigned. Called BAE and they said that they cannot release any of the other seats and have no idea how that one particular seat (2A) got released!? Am a BA Gold member if that helps.

Any ideas/suggestions as to whats going on and selecting a seat in rows 1-4 would be grately appreciated!
