Yosithezet - Yes, kinda familiar with Bangkok but have usually stayed near the river. First time staying in Sukhumvit, at the Westin. Last night had a very good meal at Suda on Soi 14. As I need to do some shopping at the nice supermarket at Paragon I'm likely to take jpatokal's advice and check what's on offer there, maybe have a late snack back at Suda (didn't get to try everything I wanted lasted night).

Wrt Issen food, how spicy is it? I want to check out Khrua Rommai or a similar place on a future visit but my colleagues are not into heavy spiciness.
