I hit 1P a few weeks ago and have had 4 calls to the premex line since then. Every time (early-mid day) I think I have gotten the Chi call center (confirmed 2x) all 4 times and had great helpful, friendly agents. Sometimes a little too friendly, like offering to re-route MSY-IAD-DEN to MSY-DEN because the flight is wide open and the fare difference is less or the same.
I appreciate it and tell them *It's ok, I'm sure my corporate travel people booked it that way for a reason*, which is very not true. The truth is I've got a mileage syringe stuck in my arm and want to make 1k, thanks FT'ers, your the mileage gateway drug.
