So I am flying from OMA to LAS (via IAH) in a couple of weeks to see my parents (who are flying in from the UK).

Anyways, my mom asked me to pick up some craft supplies as they are cheeper over here. The issue is that one of these supplies is this: http://store.scrapbooking-warehouse.com/358373.html and I'm not sure whether it would be allowed in my carry-on as I certainly do not want to check my bag.
