* The person who made the reservation must be a member of the party for which the reservation was made. He/she must also be physically present at time of check-in.
* Members cancelling their reservation prior to December 31, 2009 are entitled to a 50% refund.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after December 31, 2009.
