Where in the article does it say its delayed?

Oh, and i found this piece interesting...and if another article indicates reliability issues, it could be the particular implementation:

Southwest will conduct content filtering for offensive adult material during the trial, Murri says.
"We recognize [filtering] is not a perfect thing. Things will get through," he says.
I wonder how that will work? A pay internet service with variable, undefined restrictions. Even with the best of intent, it will be plagued with false positives and improper content slipping through. Paying customers are perfectly fine voluntarily subjecting themselves (or their children/etc) to internet filtering, but not okay when it misfires with no resolution process.

This always ends up in a heated debate, but I question how much of an issue this is. i have not seen one case of public porn surfing, ever. not in the coffee shops, not in the airport lounge, not even offline* on the plane.

* with the exception of two passengers next to me sharing their "fishing trip" pictures on a digital camera with each other ... or as he put it .. "girls gone wild in alaska".
