Thanks. I needed a receipt (not the kind NW offers online, but a Japanese "Ryoshusho") to turn in for reimbursement. The SIN agent fobbed me off with a promise to immediately email me one. I doubt she really knew what one was, and of course nothing ever arrived. I did subsequently call the Japanese language line and got one processed.
