I remember those. I flew one with a 1x2x2 config YYZ - FRA and then a 2x2x1 HKG - YYZ. I enjoyed the pitch and on the 1 seat, there was a little storage thing under the armrest. (Tray was under the other armrest.)

Both flights were good ones so I personally have fond memories of the 762.
