I am traveling with the family next July (4 of us) and can use points to get a room for 4 at the Hilton Tokyo Bay which works quite well for my budget. The Hilton Tokyo does not seem to have a single room that will work. However I am concerned about the time factor in traveling between Tokyo Bay and downtown. I have read that it takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. Has anyone done this recently, is it a fairly easy trip? I don't mind a bit of travel to cut down on cost just trying to balance this all out.
