As you indicated that you'll be travelling with your 7-mth pregnant wife then, I also would like to add that MH cabin crew are probably the best when it comes to young children and expecting mothers. EK's cabin crew's service can be lousy at times, even in premium cabins - from personal experience.

I agree. Connections are better, and service/comfort is great with MH.
