It all depends on what you look for in a flight?

I know that EK have great connections from LHR-DXB-SYD but I am not sure what the layover will be in SYD, remember too that it also goes via SIN, so LHR-DXB-SIN-SYD-AKL could be quite a hike! However, if like me, that means you get to smoke 3 times! EK, service is not bad - but no flat bed seats yet! Of course this depends when you travel as they have the new long reach aircraft that will do DXB-SYD none stop after September this year. Good way to earn miles though, as they count it as two flights, LHR-DXB and DXB-AKL. Book on-line and get double miles - you could be onto a winner.

NZ LHR-LAX-AKL much quicker, using 747, older planes, but more room and much more comfort.

MS LHR-KUL-AKL again qiuck, the LHR-KUL is code share with Virgin, so it has to be good! Switich of Aircraft in KUL not sure whatteh layover is going to be like.

Malaysian has the best inflight service, if you like to be pampered!
