While documenting Homeland Security, both in the US and internationally,as a news photographer between late 2001 and mid-2004 I was 'detained' by the Feds more than half-a-dozen times. More than once being 'questioned' at gun point.....all while working with press credentials issued from the United Nations, US House & Senate, NYPD, Massachusetts State Police, White House/Pool, City of San Jose and Santa Clara County (CA)Sheriff's Office......as well as a few others.

So I'm going to have to go ahead and answer "Yes" to this question
