As with everything, moderation is the key. If I eat 'good' food for 179 days, what does it matter if I have a Big Mac on day 180? Of course, all the badness of that Big Mac is negated by my Diet Coke.


I'm not only talking about processed chemicals-cum-nutrition, but the fact that McD doesn't even taste good compared to
real food. If you want a good hamburger, I know a few places in LA where you can get one. McD isn't one of them, or even close.
