No word yet from the webfolk and now of course those flights aren't eligible, which is even more irritating. Did hear back from Charlie & he said to go for the flight & he'd get me a cert to make up the dif cuz of the mess it's been.

Also, I talked to customer relations & they said the $25, $50 $100 etc travel certs should have the full amount applied.
