So Liz, the website person, called me back to say that my file has been handed over to the cust service folk who are meeting tomorrow & they'll get back to me tomorrow aft. We'll see. She said they put some type of note in a booking (but no PNR # to give to me) that says they'll protect the $157 discounted rate - I pointed out that we were going for the $142 rate. So who knows how this will play out.
