Yeah, I did notice that the Aero 80 and Adventure 9 looked surprisingly similiar.

What I personally like about the Aero is that the camera compartment is smaller; I have a Canon S5 and only carry a few extra filters, flash, and mini-tripod so I would prefer a smaller camera compartment. Still, I'd like to physically examine the Aero 80 and Adventure 9 side by side.
