Hi,
Two cases:

1. I'm PE, all other travellers no status. Can I reserve award tickets (hold, not confirm) for all the travellers using my account, get E+ seats assigned, then have the miles for their tickets come from their individual account?

2. We book award tickets using Delta Skymiles for a United flight. Will I be able to use my status to get them (or even myself) E+ seats? As above, miles would be coming from separate accounts, so we wouldn't be on one (my) PNR.
