... and it's probably just as well I'm not ... here's what I might do: I'd get myself a master key of some sort. Go through the hotel with a suitcase and let myself in quietly. If the room is empty, move on to the next one. If the room has valuables, fill up the suitcase. If someone is in the room, back out quietly. If they wake up, mumble about having the wrong room/key, apologize and drag the suitcase out. The occupants will likely think it was an honest mistake rather than a burglar.
