Just to answer a couple of questions:
1) The AMEX offer email was sent via JetBlue- not AMEX. They are a partner of ours and therefore we send incorporated offers to our database. We do not share/sell your names with any third party. So any partner emails you receive are in fact coming from JetBlue.
2) Crewmembers who are not receiving promotional emails- please send me your email addresses and I can see where you are in the database and why you are not receiving emails.
3) Customers who are receiving emails when they previously opted-out- I sincerely apologize for this error. Please send me your email addresses and I can remove you immediately and investigate the situation. I also apoloize because chances are you may have received an email today from us as well.
