Even though I work for JB, I still have a TrueBlue Account, and the only email I ever receive is if I make a reservation or a summary of my TrueBlue points. Which, funny enough, is always zero. Give me a little bit of time to see if marketing can figure this out for us.

Interestingly enough, I deleted my trueblue account over a month ago, jetblue has no records of me, yet I still get the emails! Quite backwards
But, whenever I call, after being on hold for 5-10 minutes, I eventually get a "ok, our tech people have found the issue and have corrected it. You will not receive any more emails, although a few more may go out because it takes a few days for the change to fully take effect"
