Regarding the guides, there are many, many options. The person I was referring to is a Czech Canadian, now living again in Prague. He has a PhD, speaks 4 or 5 languages and acts as a group or private guide as a hobby. As we speak, he is in charge of a select group of French Canadians touring Central Europe. In recent past he was called upon to guide diplomats, assorted retired heirs, Wall Street people (those will not be coming anymore for a while, I guess?) etc. If you wish to contact him, send me a private mail.
