I was expecting this non-stop service to return soon when Taiwan was removed from travel warning list (SARS). Somehow I felt disappointed that UA decided to cut this route for good. Why? Is the load really so bad?
I almost always travel on UA when fly to TPE from MSY ( on stop in SFO only). Now I have to go through NRT. This makes UA indifferent from NW (except the aircraft is newer and arrual of UA miles.)I think NW will be more than happy to hear this. They can pick up the revenue UA gave up.
