Had a stay this past week in a Courtyard and per profile, had a fridge in the room, extra, EXTRA towels, and was handed a cold bottle of water at check-in. It had been a really long work day so the fact that I did not have to chase any of the special requests down was much appreciated, but the ice-cold bottle of water was heavenly.

Those little things can make SUCH a huge difference. That is why I like Marriott...
