well, it all depends.. where are you flying to and from? What plane are you on?

Miles in an account mean squat unless you have crossed the million mile marker.

What does Alaska have do to with this?

Nowadays, you don't get much in domestic F, whether it is AA or AS or UA or DL. CO seems to be a bit better than most, but other than that.. mediocracy seems to be the name of the game for US airlines.

What do you expect? massages like on Virgin?
