Anyone has any news about award requirement for SQ's direct (18+plus hours) SIN-LAX-SIN flight starting in Feburary?

From the press releases, the flight offers enhanced C and E seating... I am wondering if these seats require more miles than the regular C and E seats on other SQ flights?
