If one one pnr - YES - One Sweetie - or one SWU if fare is H or above.
The only real test is:
(a) Is there any break in the journey of more than 24 hours?
(b) Is the Itinerary "One Way" as that is what the Cert covers.
As many other threads cover, getting the agents along the line to agree is quite another thing.
