Unfortunately I just called AT&T and neither deal is available with the Personal Network, which I have because you get 10 cent/min for all calls from home to US, Canada, and UK, and also all calls FROM those places to your home phone number using your calling card. That service is free with the OneRate cellular service which I have, so the whole package is great for me.
