I wouldn't risk that as I might end up with an overtired toddler who can't get to sleep! YMMV . It's Medised (or Indian alternative) all the way for us, although on the last day flight she didn't need it. If you have little or no sleep from looking after a fractious toddler on the flight (especially if it's a night flight) how easy are you going to find it to look after them when you get to your destination?
