Just stayed here a bad experence, room had sawage problems a suite, but not much of a suite took two days to get sorted, staff could not care less, can not belive they spent this kind of money on renovation, with out up grading the staff, do they train staff, it was horrble. I was tied from jet lag and travel with young baby,I tried to complin but did not have the emotional energy, I ended just moving on, but I say staff and management here have major problems.
