I have not noticed a priority lane for elite passengers but that's because I haven't been looking for it because I didn't fly AC on my last domestic trip and the time before that I flew transborder. But according to AC's website, at YOW:

Domestic and International Security Clearance
05:00 - 09:00
14:00 - 20:00
