It is not open at at times of the day - it is open for 2 periods - one in the morning, and one in the afternoon to early evening (I can not remember the times she said the priority lane is open).

The Priority lane at YYZ is a complete farse.
Was there this mroning, and the person ahead of me asked the person that is supposed to ensure that everyone is entilted to use the lane if this was for premium members and AMEx platinium only (after he saw the sign).
The person checking, says no, it doesn't really matter, go ahead.
Why do they have this kind of lane if it is not going to be enforced that only biz tickets, SE/E and amex platinium members can use it.
