Would they now? Then there must be a very good reason they are rolling this one out slowly at first, with a bit of advance notice to 1Ks. I mean, if they had a month to get ready and all, you'd think all the ducks would be in order, right? Wonder what that reason could be?
I happen to know of major promos that have been created and "turned" in under 48 hours from effective date.
And promos that are a match for a competitors salvo, even quicker than that!!
