It's not a code share partner, but KL has always sold tickets which include some KL segments and some other airlines segments. You are regularly offered the option on flights from Europe to Oz/Nz that include KL+KL+SQ or KL+KL+NZ on top of the KL+KL+KL(MH codeshared) on their website, and I once almost bought it by mistake which would have driven me nuts when thinking of the miles that would have been lost!
