next trip lax-lhr 10912 EQM

so a total of 48912 EQM for year so far with no more trips planned.

Knowing I will probably travel int'l next year a bit, worth it for 1K (SWU, better chance at upgrades, stuff lke that) if I do it this way:

pay $100 for Double EQM, which gets me 10,912 EQM for my next lax-lhr flight...then 2 more weekend runs lax-lhr at 439.50 each, yielding 43,648 EQM and a $50 off coupon from United to use on one of those runs. So total is $929 to get 1K next year.

Any comments suggested. Thanks.
