Correct - the First Class Lounge in ZRH is not considered a *A First Class Lounge - it is only for LX F, LH F, and M&M HON passengers:

It operates under the same exemption from alliance relationships as the First Class Terminal in FRA and the Concorde Room at LHR Terminal 5.

One reason for this may be that admittance to the LX/LH/HON F lounge gains access to car transfer to the aircraft.
