Having double-checked and confirmed that while I'm BA from ABZ to LHR, I'll be on AA from LHR to LAX. The polite irish woman on the phone noticed I hadn't booked a seat yet (obviously) and went ahead and booked what she said was a "Very good seat" - 41A.

Now, having looked on a 777 map, that seems awfully far backwards. from where the action happens ( :P ). Is that really a "Really good seat"?
