Just on face-value, given your post, I'd say DL, so you can redeem for direct MEM flights on NW.

In general, across all promotions/etc, my choices are AA (count towards lifetime MM), then HA (combinable, if you have an HA-branded credit/debit card), then AS (lots of redemption partners). Then it depends on my mood that day.
