Target opening is 2012. This is the old Club Med property which has been vacant for twenty years. Holiday Inn was first occupant, followed by Lowes. All went bust. Buildings were demolished four weeks ago and it will take months to clear the site. It's a neat piece of property. The developer had it marked for being a St. Regis prior to signing up with Hyatt. I'd say there is a slim chance of it ever opening with a Hyatt sign.
